Take the tropics for a bitter spin with our favorite swap: Amaro. We'll be taking our favorite tropical fruits to the dark side by swapping bitter-sweet spirits in for the usual funk driven rums.
As in all of our classes, we’ll cover cocktail-making fundamentals, guiding participants through making (and enjoying) three cocktails – this hands-on class has something to offer both novices & professionals.

• "Saturn" – Braulio, passionfruit, guava, lime, almond
