ClassParty: Chimichurri Make & Taste

It's that time of yeeeeeear! Dinner parties! Guests! Potlucks!

We're here to make your entertaining season a breeze with a series of fun, hands-on ClassParties (we call it a ClassParty because you'll do equal parts learning and having fun).

Chimichurri is one of the most versatile sauces you can have in your kitchen.

In this class, you'll learn a recipe for making your own from scratch (DO NOT PROCESS YOUR HERBS!), you'll mix your own little batch, you'll learn what this sauce actually is, you'll taste through a couple varitations, and we'll taste a couple very easy out-of-the-norm ways to build this sauce into your entertaining season (hint: not just steak)!

THIS CLASS INCLUDES:

--One hour of guided instruction
--everything you need for a personal 'lil batch of chimichurri (e.g. some to take home!)

--a welcome splah of wine
