Need that last-minute idea for your Thanksgiving table? Is your Thanksgiving menu missing that "extra something"? Maybe it's a ready-to-go morsel for people to snack on before dinner, or maybe you're still looking for that show-stopping cheese board to serve after a magnificent dinner. Whatever it might be, Formaggio Kitchen has lots of delicious options.Spend the last Sunday before the holiday enjoying all sorts of treats that are right at home on your holiday table.
Join educator Adam Centamore for an evening exploring lots of ways to take your menu to the next level. You'll sample a variety of cheeses, charcuterie, sweets, and wines that are a perfect fit for Thanksgiving. From stunning seasonal cheeses to artesanal condiments that can take your meal from good to great, it'll be a cornucopia of deliciousness!
To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 5:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to classes@formaggiocambridge.com before the day of your class if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions or requires seating.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
