From the ooey-gooey texture of a triple-creme to the crumbly, tangy goodness of a clothbound cheddar, there's a cheese out there for everyone.

Of all the choices for cheese lovers, blue cheese has the hardest time getting some love from the general public. Bold, flavorful, and often intense, these polarizing cheeses are often underestimated and usually overlooked. But they need not be! In this class, we will introduce you to some very special blue cheese which will catipulate this variety to the top of your favorites.

Spend an evening getting to know this family of incredible cheeses with educator and author (and blue cheese advocate) Adam Centamore. You'll taste a spectrum of blue cheeses from all over the USA and Europe that will show just how diverse and captivating this category can be while learning what makes blue cheese tick. Adult beverages and other accompaniments will round out the experience.

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 8:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
