A LITTLE ABOUT CHEF JOE AND CINDERLANDS:

Joe Kiefer, chef at Cinderlands Beer Company, began his culinary career at 18, working his way up from dishwasher to chef in various Pittsburgh kitchens. Known for his passion for seasonal ingredients and local sourcing, Joe's approach blends classic techniques with innovative ideas.

At Cinderlands, he leads with creativity, designing menus that reflect his love for fresh, local produce and quality meats, while continuously pushing culinary boundaries and expanding the restaurant's reach.

The Cinderlands Warehouse space welcomes groups both large and small to enjoy their seasonally-driven, scratch-made dishes alongside their award-winning craft brews, made right there in the same building! Dine on their second-floor airy dining room where industrial meets chic or enjoy their pergola-covered rooftop patio. Play some games on their first floor all while you take in views of their production facility.

PLEASE NOTE that this a fixed menu, and while we do our best to accommodate guests regarding food allergies, menu substitutions may not be possible. Please keep in mind that our kitchen is not a nut-free facility.

If you have food allergies and would still like to attend, please contact us before purchasing your tickets to make sure we can accommodate.

A Little About Our Guest Chef Dinners:
In our commercial and training kitchen, Guest Chef Dinner events give our culinary training students the opportunity to work with chefs from across Pittsburgh and gain valuable work experience. Proceeds from these events go right back into our nonprofit's training and transitional employment programs.
When you purchase your ticket to a Guest Chef Dinner, your dollars make change.
