CiderFeast™ NYC also features exceptional food by artisan producers and regional favorites. Sample award-winning hot sauces from BamuBamu Fire Club, Rocket Fuel Foods, and Coney Island Saucery. Enjoy plant-based dishes, Cabot Creamery Grilled Cheese hot off the griddles, cider donuts, Dakota Hams’ 24-month-aged Kentucky ham, and selections from whole-animal butcher and salumeria Ends Meat.
With Pollinator Spirits Welcome Cocktails in hand, VIP Ticket Holders also have first access to a paella and Parés Baltà wine tasting by Chef Rafa de la Rosa.
