The $55 meal for two includes:
• 2 pounds of brined and battered fried chicken, served hot and crispy
• Buttermilk mashed potatoes with peppercorn gravy
• Chilled melon and cucumber salad, served with local honey, herbs, bee pollen and Tajin
• Broccoli pasta salad with sharp cheddar and golden raisins
• Local peach cobbler topped with vanilla custard and brown butter crumble
