We're bringing our laugh-and-learn chocolate and wine pairing class adventure to downtown Parker's beautiful, new Parker Hotel! The Douglas Restaurant (inside the hotel) is also offering a 20% discount on dinner for guests attending the class. Just show your reservation for your discount. The adventure begins! Learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar and how to taste chocolate properly while sampling single-origin chocolate. Next, we'll pair four different international and domestic wines with 2 chocolates* each, all handcrafted at the The Chocolate Therapist and made specifically for pairing with wines (4 wines, 10 chocolates total). Shopping specials at end of class. *Chocolates are gluten-free, soy-free and the dark is made without dairy.

No alcohol option: Tea can be substituted for wine for the same price, and tea guests will recieve a $5 credit for shopping after class. Please call or e-mail the shop if you have a guest that prefers tea at least 2 days before the class.

Vegan option: Please call or e-mail the shop if you have a guest that prefers all vegan chocolate at least 2 days before the class.

Please cancel your reservation within 48 hours if you are unable to attend. All classes sell out, so please give others the opportunity to participate.
