Chilean Wine & Culinary Journey at Pink Ivy We’re bringing the bold flavors of Chile and the finest seafood from South America straight to your plate!
Join us on April 22nd for an unforgettable 4-course Chilean Wine Dinner, expertly crafted by award-winning Chef Michael Shaughnessy. Indulge in a decadent menu featuring King Crab, Scallops, Octopus, and Sea Urchin, all perfectly paired with incredible Chilean wines.
The Menu
First Course: Sea Bass Crudo with blueberry gazpacho, fresh mint, serrano peppers, and olive oil.
Second Course: Sea Urchin-Butter Braised King Crab with uni butter, blood orange, avocado, pickled ramps, and red chile-verjus.
Third Course: Grilled Octopus with Chilean loganiza sausage, potato, heart of palm, and smoked olive aioli.
Fourth Course: Leche Asada, a Chilean-inspired dessert with strawberry, rhubarb, and lucuma.
Each dish will be perfectly paired with premium Chilean wines, curated by renowned wine expert Nikki Erpelding, owner of Vine Lab Academy. Nikki holds a Certified Sommelier credential, WSET Level 3 in Wines & Spirits, and is a French Wine Scholar and Italian Wine Scholar, making her expertise invaluable for this unique experience. This intimate event is $125 per guest and includes four courses and expertly selected wines. Sales Tax and a 21% Gratuity are not included and will be added to each ticket price.
