Each course of this thoughtfully curated menu highlights a signature product from Last Shot Distillery, both as an ingredient in the dish and as a companion tasting.

About Last Shot Distillery
Last Shot Distillery opened its doors in December 2015. It is located two miles from downtown Skaneateles, NY, adjacent to the Charlie Major Nature Trail. Last Shot has built its home on a historically significant site. In this same location, The Earll & Kellogg Distillery operated from 1840-1864. Production ceased when Earls, Thayer & Co. converted the property to a paper mill. Co-owner and distiller Chris Uyehara had a desire to expand beyond his 37 years as a chef. It was during a chance conversation with his daughter and her longtime friend that connected Chris to co-owner John Menapace. John had the perfect space and engineering expertise to house the distillery. Chris and John, longtime residents of Skaneateles, partnered to make this dream a reality. Our mission is to bring a new perspective to the art of distilling, create a family business centered around historic traditions and a community we love.
