Much noise is made about pairing. It's not as hard as it sounds, and getting a grasp on the concept requires little more than some hands-on tasting experience. You'll start this workshop by learning basic pairing principles and vocabulary, then the real fun begins. You and your classmates will taste your way through four beverages and five cheeses, mixing and matching to determine for yourself what works and what doesn't. This is a fun, interactive session that'll leave you happy and informed.
