Food educator and certified cheese professional Kyra James invites you to a unique tasting experience that will haunt your dreams…in a good way. Join her for a 6 course tasting menu featuring curated pairings of delicious cheese and fun, unexpected, sweet treats! This interactive experience will be educational and entertaining; through Kyra’s storytelling you’ll learn a few basics around cheesemaking, cheese and pairing history (like where did candy corn come from?!) and how to pair these unconventional flavors using your own palate. Enjoy refreshing kombucha and other curated non alcoholic beverages and leave with greater appreciation for your sweet tooth!
