Join Sepia’s Head Bartender Keith Meicher for a rare and unforgettable evening celebrating one of the world’s most iconic and elusive spirits.
This special dinner will take place on Wednesday, February 5th, with tickets priced at $265 per person.
Begin your night with an amuse-bouche and a welcome cocktail, and settle in for a four-course dinner crafted by Chefs Andrew Zimmerman and Kyle Cottle. Each course will be expertly paired with straight pours or Chartreuse-based cocktails created by Keith.
This exclusive event will highlight an extraordinary selection of Chartreuse, including:
Green and Yellow Chartreuse
Green and Yellow VEP Chartreuse
Chartreuse Cuvee des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Sommeliers (MOF)
Possibly the coveted Chartreuse 1605 (availability permitting).
Additional spirits with ties to Chartreuse, such as Sweet Gwendoline Gin, Auga Magica Mezcal, and Sainte Louise Brandy, will also be featured throughout the evening.
