Chef Jason will share tips and tricks for flavor combinations, what to look for in a good mix, and showcase traditional and creative styles to inspire your culinary journey.
Participants will work in small groups to create fresh sausages, and of course, enjoy tasting their flavorful creations. Whether you're looking to impress at your next gathering or simply want to explore a new skill, this class is a fantastic introduction to the world of charcuterie.
