We are partnering with Leigh, owner of CharcuterLeigh, to bring a Charcuterie Board and milkshake event to OEC. Leigh will walk participants through a step by step demonstration on how to curate a beautiful charcuterie spread built upon an 8x8 disposable palm leaf platter. Ingredients will vary, but will include items such as cheeses, salami, fresh & dried fruit, olives, pickles, sweets, jam and nuts! Participants will learn how to fold salami like the best of them and make their own coveted salami rose!

At the end of the event, participants will have a beautiful board to take home and enjoy with friends & family throughout the weekend.
