May is American Cheese Month, so we will be featuring different styles of cheeses each week for the month of May to celebrate American cheesemakers!
This week we are celebrating two of the most famous styles of cheese in the world, Cheddar and Gouda! We will be featuring five cheeses that fall into these categories from around the US. We'll tell you why these salty, tangy, crunchy cheeses are so universally popular. Our expert cheesemongers will tell you all about where and how these cheeses are made and answer all your cheese-y questions!
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
