May is American Cheese Month, so we will be featuring different styles of cheeses each week for the month of May to celebrate American cheesemakers!
This week we will be ending our American Cheese Month celebration by crowning this year's Best In Show! We will be tasting the four winners of each ACM class (Soft, Cheddar/Gouda, Alpine, Stinky) plus a fifth cheese selected by the Beautiful Rind staff. We'll tell you a brief history of each cheese, what makes them so unique and delicious, and a little about our US-based cheesemakers! Our expert cheesemongers are ready to answer all your cheese-y questions!
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other. If you have a group of 10 or more, we also offer private classes.
