For ages 13 & up
Whether you are traveling for the holidays and want to set aside some time for a wonderful, seasonal, meatless meal with friends or just want to try out some new recipes before the big day, join us for a festive menu filled with seasonal ingredients. You'll improve your knife skills as you cube roasted squash; create a sourdough bread based casserole filled with sautéed & steamed leeks, topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese; learn to lighten up the traditional green bean casserole with the addition of mushrooms and herbs; and create a simple dessert that will rival the best pecan pie you've ever had. As the last dish comes out of the oven, you'll sit down to enjoy your feast. And we'll do the dishes!
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that will complement your meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
