Ring in 2025 in style! Working with a small team, you'll make a memorable meal that is both comforting and luxurious. Learn to make the most of lobster shells when creating a rich bisque studded with lobster meat for your first course; slow roast a beef tenderloin and produce a simple but delicious sauce to accompany it; put together a spinach side dish topped with toasted almonds; and take the time to create the creamiest mashed potatoes ever. Your delightful dinner will conclude with flourless chocolate and vanilla cake.
For ages 21 and up. Your meal will be perfectly paired with wines by our experts.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
