Join the Chronicle’s Food & Wine team on Nov. 21 at 6 p.m. at Manny’s as we celebrate the publication of the Chronicle’s new cookbook, “San Francisco by Season.”
The Chronicle’s first cookbook in more than 20 years, “San Francisco by Season” is a collection of favorite recipes from Food & Wine staff writers and contributing columnists, including easy dinners for busy weeknights, fun variations on local classics, and exciting recipes that fit for entertaining (including a few that could easily grace your Thanksgiving table). They’re all calibrated to how we eat today: with an emphasis on seasonal produce, international flavors, and thoughtful wine pairings.
At our launch party and book talk, you’ll directly hear from the Chronicle Food & Wine team, including Senior Food & Wine Editor Janelle Bitker and Wine Critic Esther Mobley on their go-to recipes, how they created this beautiful book and their top tips for eating and drinking well at home. Plus, ask your questions and get your copy of the cookbook signed!
