Rusconi’s American Kitchen is celebrating moms with a scrumptious Mother’s Day Celebration menu, available on Sunday, May 11. Diners can choose one selection from each course of the following prix fixe menu:
Starters, choice of one:
House-Smoked Salmon with Mini Red Pepper Pancake, pickled quail egg, citrus crème fraiche, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and frisee
Chilled Spring Tomato Gazpacho with wild blue crab and tiny vegetables
Baby Romaine Salad with Roasted Corn Relish, arugula pesto, creamy parmesan dressing and pear tomatoes
Braised Beef Short Ribs with goat cheese and roasted pepper grits, crispy shallots and red wine sauce
Grilled Melon and Arugula Salad with prosciutto, spiced pine nuts, Danish blue cheese and red wine gastrique
Wood-Grilled Angus Beef Tenderloin and Poached Eggs with Noble bread, sweet potato hash and herb emulsion
Gulf Shrimp, Lobster and Crab Cake Benedict with poached eggs, house-made Canadian bacon on focaccia
Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Peach Gastrique, warm sweet potato salad, crème fraiche, sage pesto, small green beans and pickled vegetables
