Local Event
For ages 18 & up
Working with a small team, you'll make a marvelous Mexican meal in honor of Day of the Dead. Participants will create a classic soup; stuff and grill quail; produce a simple mole; and try their hands at tamales. Then you'll all sit down to enjoy the feast that has been created.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
