This wine dinner, featuring Caymus Vineyard, will include an amuse bush and five courses including scallop carpaccio, butter poached lobster and wagyu striploin. The evening will be hosted by representatives from Caymus as well as Gaylord National Chef Kevin Marshall-Broderick.
