Cassoulet is BACK at PQM—but only for three nights, January 9th–11th! This special three-course dinner highlights a dish that’s close to our hearts, and we’re so excited to share it with you.
What is Cassoulet?
Each cassoulet pot is layered with duck legs, stock, white beans, pork sausage, and pork bones, topped with a final layer of beans. The dish is then baked for hours, with stock added every half hour, resulting in tender meat and perfectly roasted, crunchy beans. A simple salad and dessert from One Off Hospitality Group's Natalie Saben will accompany your meal.
