Sourcing from small, family-run vineyards in Paso Robles, Napa, and Applegate Valley, their grapes are organically farmed without the use of herbicides, ensuring pure, vibrant flavors in every bottle. Our executive chef, Adam Cooke, will curated a five-course menu featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully paired with Carter Family’s exquisite wines.
