Join Cambria Winery's winemaker, Jill Russell, and Mar Monte's award-winning Chef Sean Conway (Best Tri-Tip in the 805) for an exclusive four-course wine-paired dinner at Costa Kitchen and Bar on Wednesday, November 13th. Start the evening with a 5:30pm reception featuring passed hors d'oeuvres, perfectly paired with Cambria, Katherine’s Vineyard, Chardonnay, Santa Maria Valley.

Indulge in a gourmet meal as Chef Conway’s expertly crafted dishes are complemented by Jill Russell's selected wines from Cambria Winery, renowned for its cool-climate varietals and sustainable practices.

Passed Hors d’oeuvres:

  • Smoked Salmon Potato Cake, charcoal aioli, marjoram
  • American Wagyu Beef Tartar, Taro Root Chip, Miso Caramel
  • Mini Crudités, hummus, black olive "soil"

Dinner:

  • Warm Housemade Focaccia with Za’atar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar
    First Course: Pan Roasted Diver Scallop, Kuri Pumpkin Risotto, Finger Lime Caviar, lacinato kale chip
    Paired with: Cambria, Tepusquet Vineyard, Viognier, Santa Maria Valley

Second Course: Braised Rabbit, Ricotta Cavatelli, Local Chanterelles, Carrot Nest
Paired with: Cambria, Julia’s Vineyard, Pinot Noir, Santa Maria Valley

Third Course: Tomato Crusted Monkfish, Parmesan Polenta, preserved lemon gremolata
Paired with: Cambria, Barbara’s Clone 667, Pinot Noir, Santa Maria Valley

Dessert: Warm Pear Tart, Almond Cream, Puff Pastry, Matcha Green Tea Gelato
To be enjoyed with: Cambria, Tepusquet Vineyard, Syrah, Santa Maria Valley, served alongside a piece of cheese with blackberry compote and possibly a chocolate truffle
