In Whiskey University’s Course #215 – California Whiskeys, participants will explore the state’s distillation origins, the rise, decline, and resurgence of Western spirits, and the diverse range of modern-day production that spans California from the sparsely populated tree-filled North to vibrant, sunny coastal South."
