On Friday, January 24, master the art of preparing a Spanish classic at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!‘s Paella Cooking Demo. From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Executive Chef Eric Jorgensen will show you how the Valencian dish is filled with flavor at every step.
Soak up Chef’s insights and expertise throughout the afternoon. Alongside the demo, enjoy five courses of classic pintxos and tapas, all leading up to a serving from the final paella presentation! In true Spanish fashion, each course will be paired with a beverage to complement the dish.
Recreate the dish at home with a recipe card featuring all of Chef’s tips & tricks. Tickets to the Paella Cooking Demo are available for $70, plus tax (gratuity not included).
