This seminar features Cabernet Sauvignon from the vineyards planted on cobble washed down for centuries from the Mayacamas., Oakville to Saint Helena. The six wines are from Vine Hill Ranch with Bruce Phillips, owner & vintner; MacDonald Vineyards with Graeme MacDonald, owner & winemaker; Scarecrow with Celia Welch, winemaker; Inglenook with Jon Tyer, associate winemaker; Corison with Cathy Corison, owner & winemaker; and Spottswoode with Aron Weinkauf, winemaker & vineyard manager. Moderated by Tegan Passalacqua, Turley Vineyards winemaker and Sandlands owner & winemaker, a buffet lunch from the kitchens of Estate Chef Alex Lovick concludes this extraordinary celebration of terroir.
