This seminar features Cabernet Sauvignon from the vineyards planted on cobble washed down for centuries from the Mayacamas in Oakville, Rutherford & St Helena: 2021 Cabernet from Vine Hill Ranch with Bruce Phillips, owner & vintner; MACDONALD with Graeme MacDonald, owner & winemaker; Scarecrow with Celia Welch, winemaker; Inglenook with Jonathan Tyer, associate winemaker; Corison with Cathy Corison, owner & winemaker; and Spottswoode with Aron Weinkauf, winemaker & vineyard manager. Moderated by Tegan Passalacqua, Turley Vineyards winemaker and Sandlands owner & winemaker, a buffet lunch from the kitchens of Estate Chef Alex Lovick concludes this extraordinary celebration of historic terroir.
