With a pretty classic set of wines, Jose has chosen a very classic cheese: Royal Hollandia Mild Gouda. This Dutch classic has a light nuttiness to go with its creamy texture. It’s fun to eat out of hand and melts beautifully, leaving you with lightly salted caramel flavors lingering nicely. Since we can’t really cry out, “Go Commanders” any longer this month, let’s shift to “Go Gouda!”
