POP POP POP! That’s the sound of Champagne ringing out around you just before midnight at Troquet on South. For $119 per guest, enjoy your three-course menu from the New Year's Eve menu. Chef Aaron Lhamon will be serving Duck Confit Frisée Salad, Scallop & Hazelnut Casarece, Alba White Truffle, Dark Cherry Chocolate Terrine, and a host of other delicious dishes from the kitchen.
Guests will be greeted with the Champagne cart, and then each guest will select their own appetizer, entrée, and dessert. Reservations are highly recommended.
