At this class you will learn how to make your own egg dough and then an array of shapes with both the egg dough and a semolina dough. A snack of lasagna will be served so feel free to bring some champagne or wine. Everyone will go home with two boxes of their own handmade pasta and a gnoochi board to share with their loved ones!
