Guests can indulge in a sumptuous Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet thoughtfully crafted by the restaurant’s culinary team. The spread includes a diverse selection of appetizers such as a Charcuterie Display featuring fine cheeses like Port Derby and smoked gouda, accompanied by prosciutto, Genoa salami and seasonal cranberry apple compote. Additional highlights include Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon with bagels and an Autumn Valley Kale Salad. For the main course, diners can choose from a variety of seasonal dishes including Vegan Soyrizo Stuffed Mushrooms, Squash Pancakes with toppings and a Carving Station offering Traditional Turkey with gravy and Prime Rib au jus.
