Enjoy a four-course floral-inspired menu by Executive Chef Michael Sesler that includes Amuse—Dill-Cured Salmon, Blini, Crème Fraiche; first course— poached oshii shrimp, Fennel, Fingerling Potatoes, Tomato-Saffron Emulsion; entrée —Coriander-Crusted Duck Breast, Butternut Squash Caponata, Hazelnuts; and dessert—poached Pear Tart, Gin Caramel, each paired with a hand-crafted Botanist Gin Cocktail.
