Cheese and spirit-free drinks pair beautifully, and getting a grasp on the concept requires little more than some hands-on tasting experience. You'll start this workshop by learning basic pairing principles and vocabulary, then the real fun begins. You and your classmates will taste your way through five of our favorite cheeses and four N/A drinks, mixing and matching to determine for yourself what works and what doesn't. This is a fun, interactive session that'll leave you happy and informed.
