Join us for a special evening at the Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City as we continue our 120th-anniversary wine dinner series with an unforgettable five-course experience featuring the exceptional wines of Bodegas Manzanos.

At 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025, immerse yourself in the rich winemaking heritage of this historic Rioja estate, led by Víctor Fernández de Manzanos and Laura Mateo. As the visionary couple behind Bodegas Manzanos, they honor five generations of tradition while embracing modern innovation to craft wines that beautifully capture the essence of Rioja.

This exclusive dinner will showcase a curated selection of Manzanos wines, known for their bold structure, Mediterranean character and deep-rooted connection to the land.

During our five-course wine dinner, we will serve:

• Tapas Course: Manzanos Blanco Barrica Viura, Chardonnay (92 pts, Wine Enthusiast​)
• Salad Course: Manzanos Reserva Tempranillo, Graciano​ (94 pts, Guía Vinos Gourmets 2024​)
