Once again, Taberna del Alabardero is proud to present our monthly wine dinner. This event has become a highly anticipated experience among our guests, offering an exclusive and carefully curated menu paired with the finest wines from Spain.

Each month, we select a prestigious winery and invite their team to join us, transforming the evening into an intimate tasting where guests can discover the nuances of their most iconic wines while savoring our signature traditional Spanish cuisine.

For this occasion, we are delighted to partner with the historic Bodega Matarromera—synonymous with excellence, distinction, and elegance. As the heir to a privileged vineyard in one of Ribera del Duero’s most exclusive areas, Matarromera is renowned for producing exceptional red wines, including Gran Reserva, Reserva, and Crianza, as well as a white wine brimming with personality and character. Their wines embody the perfect harmony between nature’s creative genius and the relentless dedication of a visionary committed to reviving and preserving his family’s winemaking legacy.

Join us for this extraordinary event with Manolo Pardo De Donlebun, Matarromera’s Export Director, in collaboration with Estebe Salgado, CEO of Tradewinds Specialty Imports.
