Join us for an evening of exceptional fare and world-class Champagne as we welcome grandes marques icon Billecart-Salmon to the beloved Taverna. Founded in 1818 and now in its seventh generation, Billecart-Salmon is defined by quiet excellence and a deep commitment to precision and patience. Behind every bottle is a legacy of love—for the land, the craft, and the family that has nurtured it for over 200 years. As one of Billecart-Salmon’s most passionate supporters in the U.S., we’re proud to partner with them for what promises to be an unforgettable evening.
Champagnes will include magnums of both the iconic "Brut Réserve" and "Brut Sous Bois”. Most importantly, their prestigious tête de cuvée, "Cuvée Nicolas François Billecart," will be poured from both the celebrated 2012 and 2008 vintages—the latter regarded as one of the finest Champagne vintages in decades, and the former being freshly released and seldom yet tasted. The lineup will also include a surprise selection of rare, exclusive bottles brought directly by the winery for this special occasion.
