Bill will host the dinner and provide a multimedia experience/slideshow offering a deep dive into the weird world of regional food you'll be enjoying.

Your meal will consist of five surprise courses, including dessert -- as well as a few specially-chosen snacks. (Due to the unusual nature of this meal, special orders and food allergies cannot be accomodated, sorry.)
