Big’s American Grill Announces Fall Drink Menu

The arrival of pumpkin spice latte might signal summer’s end, but sometimes you’re craving something a little stronger when toasting the return of cooler temperatures. Big’s American Bar & Grill in Peoria celebrates the change of the season with the release of its fall cocktails menu.

 

Drinks range from autumnal interpretations of classic favorites to cool-weather libations imbued with the flavors of fall.

 

The fall menu includes 10 cocktails:

Pumpkin Spice White Russian — Stoli vanilla, Mr. Black liqueur, pumpkin spice syrup, half & half

Wild Buffalo — Buffalo Trace bourbon, lemon juice, blueberry syrup, soda water

Fuzzy Godmother — Tito’s vodka, amaretto, orange juice, cinnamon

Spicy Margarita — Los Altos tequila, triple sec, sweet & sour, fresh jalapeño, Tajin rim

Spicy Mezcal Mango-Rita — La Vida mezcal, triple sec, lime juice, mango puree, fresh jalapeño, swee & sour, Tajin rim

Pineapple Rum Punch — Coconut rum, white rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, ginger ale

Big’s Paloma — Los Altos tequila, Aperol, grapefruit juice, soda water

Fall Spritzer — Aperol, raspberry liqueur, Prosecco, ginger beer

Grapefruit Aperol Spritz — Ketel One Grapefruit Rose vodka, Aperol, Prosecco, soda water

Nutty Espresso Martini — Tito’s vodka, Mr. Black liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, coffee

 

Five shooters also are available for $9 each:

Salted Caramel — Vodka, butterscotch schnapps, half & half, salted rim

Apple Jack — Jack Daniel’s, Apple Pucker liqueur, sweet & sour

Chocolate Cake — Soli Citrus vodka, hazelnut liqueur, sugared lemon wedge

Green Tea — Jameson whiskey, peach schnapps, sweet & sour

Starburst — Raspberry vodka, Watermelon Pucker liqueur, sweet & sour, Sprite
