Join us for a special evening at Bern's Table in our newest private dining space within our renowned wine cellar, celebrating the magical pairing of truffles and wine featuring the wines of Antinori. The Antinori family has been committed to the art of winemaking for over six centuries since 1385 when Giovanni di Piero Antinori became a member of the “Arte Fiorentina dei Vinattieri”, the Florentine Winemakers’ Guild. All throughout its history, twenty-six generations long, the Antinori family has managed the business directly making innovative and sometimes bold decisions while upholding the utmost respect for traditions and the environment.

This special six course dinner prepared by Chef Chad Johnson will highlight fresh black and white truffles in every course. This dinner will highlight the brief time of year when both white and black truffles are at their peak. Erik Saccomani, South Region Director of Antinori will be guiding us through the stunning wines of Antinori that have been carefully paired with this dinner.
