Beeswax Candles Properties
· Beeswax is produced when bees consume Honey. It takes between 8-8/12 pounds of Honey to make one pound of wax.
· Beeswax is a stable compound and will not rot, spoil, or decay over time.
· Beeswax burns cleaner than any other candle, it releases negative ions that help to clean the air.
· Pure Beeswax has over 300 individual chemical components
· Burning Beeswax candles produces a white rounded flame, giving a wonderful warm glow
· Beeswax is a great lubricant for oiling furniture joints. Its also good for smooth movement of doors and windows
· To waterproof leather boots and gloves, rub Beeswax on to outerwear
· Beeswax is used to coat sewing thread to strengthen it
