Join us for a special Lager edition of our beer and cheese pairing class as we recognize the 170 year anniversary of the Chicago Lager Riots. We will be sampling four of our favorite lagers with four great cheeses. Along the way, our cheesemongers will give you tips for pairing beer with cheese, teach you about a little-known event in Chicago's history, and get all of your cheese questions answered.
If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we are happy to substitute non-alcoholic pairings. We just ask that you let us know at least 24 hours prior via email to info@beautifulrind.com. We also believe that cheese is a food everyone should be able to enjoy in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic substitutions in this class, we will be discussing beer and its history in detail.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other. If you have a group of 10 or more, we also offer private classes. Email info@beautifulrind.com for more information.
All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID. If you have any questions, please email info@beautifulrind.com.
