In this class, you will learn the technique for encasing a beef tenderloin in duxelles (browned mushrooms and shallots), then wrapping it in layers of prosciutto and buttery puff pastry. It is baked until golden and flaky on the outside, and juicy and rare inside. A dish worthy of the most elegant meal, make this one for Christmas, New Year’s Eve or the next big celebration. It is sure to impress! We will make a potato and vegetable side dish and enjoy a classic British dessert. A glass of wine is included with dinner.
