Our friend, Jason Ledbetter with Tavolo Vigneto is bringing a friend all the way from Italy! Roberto Caruso, the owner of Assuli, is a proper Sicilian; he loves his Region and he is part of a tradition that linked his family for generations to agriculture and the countryside. With a DOC Sicilia certification, Assuli – which means ‘under the sun’ – is a proud ambassador of indigenous grape varieties of this sun-kissed island.

This will be a plated dinner with each course coming with a specific wine.

The Food:

Burrata Plum Salad – Burrata + Roasted Plums + Fried Anchovy + Cappers + Oil & Vinegar

Stuffed Eggplant – Italian Sausage + Eggplant + Marinara + Parmesan Cheese

Duck Cassoulet – Confit Duck + Toulouse Sausage + Great North Beans + Tomato

Honey Ricotta Cheesecake – Lemon Glaze + Pecan Crust

A ticket purchase is required to attend.

Current Wine Club members will receive a $10 credit, per ticket, toward any wine purchased that night. (offer only valid for 2 tickets purchased).
