Thistle and Mint Food, known for their inventive dishes with local Colorado ingredients, will wow you with each course. Chef Jared Kendall will be right at your table, making it a fun and interactive experience.

Wayne Burns and Laura Worley, the passionate owners of Burns Family Artisan Ales, will share stories behind the beer pairings. Get ready to dive into the flavors!

Seating starts at 6:30 pm, dinner at 7 pm. Each course will be introduced by the brewer and chef for a full-on culinary and brewing adventure.

Tickets are $120/person plus a small Eventbrite fee. Gratuity not included, so feel free to show your love to the amazing staff.
