How Appropriate! One month to the day after celebrating Columbus Day, we plan to celebrate Marchesi Antinori Srl, an Italian wine company that can trace its history back to 1385 - 107 years before Christopher Columbus landed in the New World! Katie Parker, Vinattieri 1385 and Jennifer Trible, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, have selected five classic wines to pair with each course:
Reception: Tormaresca Chardonnay
First Course: Bramito Della Sala Chardonnay
Second Course: Peppoli Chianti Classico
Third Course: Antinori Tenuta Guado al Tasso Il Bruciato
Dessert: Tormaresca Rose
