It's that time of year again-- Nouveau Day is approaching! Come celebrate with us as we put our own Texas spin on it! On Saturday, November 23rd we will be having our Second Annual Nouveau Pizza Party.  Join us for a night of delicious wood fired pizza, live music, and the newest release of Nouveau style wine, the 2024 Estate Tinto Cão. If you're unfamiliar with "Nouveau-style wines" they're traditionally released in mid-November to celebrate the completion of another harvest. They're usually made utilizing partial or total carbonic maceration, which is a technique that forces fermentation inside of the berry before the primary fermentation of sugars by yeasts can occur. This results in fruity, aromatic wines that are great with food, friends and good times. It's the perfect opportunity to relax, mingle with friends, and savor the flavors of this year's harvest.
