Seated around our tasting table in our East Harlem store, we will be joined by longtime export manager Alex Bautista who will guide you through a lineup of their still and sparkling offerings. Corpinnat, officially a trade group, broke off from the Cava DO after growing dissatisfied with the quality of bulk produced Cava. "We thought it was necessary to do something," says Ton Mata, CEO of Recaredo. "People around the world were thinking Cava was only a massive, cheap wine." Armed with stringent rules in both the vineyard and cellar, this small group of rebels are fighting to showcase the terroir of Penedès and prove their ability to stand toe to toe with the great sparkling wines of the world!

Each ticket includes $15 in credit to be used towards the purchase of the wines of Recaredo.
