The first week of October Seven Acre welcomes three of the Brew City’s best chefs: Kristin Schwab, Dana Spandet, and Gregory Leon for a taste of Milwaukee’s finest.

Since opening in 2015, Chef Gregory Leon’s restaurant, Amilinda, has quickly become one of the Midwest’s top dining destinations, with Chef Gregory being nominated for the James Beard Award for Best Chef Midwest in 2022 and 2023, and the James Beard award for Outstanding Chef in 2024. Chef Gregory will bring his Spanish and Portuguese-inspired cuisine to the banks of the Sugar River.

The details:

• Bar opens at 5pm.
• Dinner at 6pm. Dinner includes 5 courses.
• Tickets: $100 + 20% service charge and tax. Staff gratuity is not expected beyond this service charge.
• Alcoholic and N/A beverages available for purchase.
• The Eventbrite deposit is $50 per ticket. This will be subtracted from your final bill.
